Before you begin, know this:
You need no experience in yoga.
All body types and levels of fitness are welcome--I adjust poses for what you need.
Proper alignment is emphasized.
Students under 18 years must come with a parent/guardian.
Persons with medical conditions should consult a medical doctor before beginning yoga.
There are props available on site, but please bring your own yoga mat or be prepared to practice on carpet/hard floor (slippery!). Wear clothing that lets you move and fits well. Baggy t-shirts can slide up; knits without stretch will pinch or restrict movement, jeans inhibit movement.
