Classes will be cancelled on September 3rd (Golden Touch) and September 5th (Health TRAC) for the Labor Day weekend.
So get out there and do something (for those stuck inside too much) or sit under a tree and do nothing (for those overachievers).
It's your last weekend of summer. Be aware of every moment!

With all my Google-fu I never thought to google "yoga poses for scoliosis", or to try a strap above Godzilla and Rodan (my breasts' fond nicknames) to prevent them from suffocating me in upside-down poses. I am going to do a little more research and look into instructors in my area to see if I can make another go with this.

A book I use is Mega Yoga (Megan Garcia). She's a plus-size model who took yoga training. She shows modifications accessible for beginning or large-chested or larger (all over) students.
