Good late summer to you!
This is my favorite time of year – light slanting lower in the sky, vegetables and apples coming in left and right, impending color changes, cicadas buzzing, crickets chirping. It’s that lovely limbo between summer heat and winter cold, when a day could include a jacket, a swim, and a campfire.
Autumn’s changes mean a few changes for my yoga class schedule, too.
Beginning Sept 10 (the week after Labor Day holiday):
Mondays, 7 :05 – 8:05 PM. This class follows a toning/weights class, so if you are inclined to build some muscle and get all warmed up, stay for yoga and lengthen yourself out again!
Yoga at Noon goes to Wed/Fri. 12:10 – 12:50 /1 PM -- as those who come know we linger a little longer for those who can stay.
Silver Sneakers Yoga Wed/Fri. 2:15 – 3 PM
August - November

Thai Yoga Bodywork
I’m taking appointments for Tues/Thurs and Saturdays. Cost is 30.00/hour.
Host a “Thai Party” in the manner of Tupperware/Pampered Chef/et al. Each participant gets to try Thai for 30 minutes at 20.00/person. Attendance is limited to 4 - 6 people.
I will come to you (within 30 miles of Three Rivers), bringing the Thai mat/props needed; friends gather in an open room and chat while each person gets a turn. Since Thai is done on the floor, fully clothed, there’s no need to separate from the group. Catch up with friends and feel amazing afterwards.
